University of Rawalpindi is seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to join our team as Executive, Students Development & Engagement.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Executive, Students Development & Engagement will play a key role in enhancing students' practical skills and professional readiness. This position involves coordinating student development programs, building strategic partnerships, managing event logistics, and driving student engagement. The role also includes tracking program impact and continuously improving experiential learning offerings in alignment with industry standards and institutional goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Program coordination. Draft the training calendar for student skills- development programs (e.g., our flagship LEAP initiative) and oversee smooth in-house delivery.
• Partnership Development. Source employers, NGOs, and overseas institutions; draft and manage MOUs detailing each party’s role.
• Event Logistics. Confirm guest speakers, arrange room set-ups, and manage on-ground details.
• Student Outreach. Write concise copy for email, LMS, and social channels to hit enrolment targets.
• Impact Reporting. Track attendance, feedback, and graduate outcomes; share clear dashboards with leadership.
• Continuous Improvement. Benchmark best practices and propose new experiential offerings.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education, Business, HR, Social Sciences, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in student affairs, corporate training, career services, or similar coordination roles.
• Proven success building external relationships and negotiating MOUs/partnerships.
• Strong project-management skills - timeline and risk control.
• Fluent English & Urdu; confident presenter.
• Plus: Familiarity with LMS (e.g., Moodle) or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot); exposure to recognised training-quality frameworks is a bonus.
